EnviroHive Ltd were instructed to undertake a lead paint survey of the existing original period windows to the various elevations of this building over ground and 7 upper floors. The building featured in excess of 200 windows ranging from traditional wood box sash to metal frame windows. A sampling strategy was agreed with the client to allow for reliable results across the various elevations and floor levels. A full lead paint survey report was compiled allowing the client & the principle contractor to comply with their obligations during the refurbishment works.
